Buddhism On Self
In Buddhism, due to the realities of sickness and death, the accomplishments that we human beings have are fleeting and not permanent. According to Buddhism, even in our happiest moments, there exists anxiety because our human condition is one that is primarily exemplified by suffering. However, this is something that is not different to other notions of the self.
The one thing that distinguishes Buddhism with the concept of self from other religions is that, we have this mistaken belief of ourselves as immortal entities or as unchanging beings. Our notion of self that it is an on-going ego constitutes the root of all confusion and pain.
Meditation As Buddhism Self Esteem
Meditation is Buddhism self esteem. This practice is the central focus of Buddhism in dealing with the self and also with its own enhancement especially in terms of achieving a high level of confidence in yourself by doing the process of Buddhism self esteem enhancement.
For most, meditation is a way of relaxing, a means of achieving a balance of yourself and when you do meditation, you do not only take away the negative forces in your system but you also make it a point to improve your inner being by increasing the self esteem that you already have.

By taking away the negative vibes that we have within us, it is not that difficult to improve and increase the self esteem that we already have.
